Posting About Server Problems

If there is some sort of problem you are having on the server, please take these steps in correcting it.

1. Check to see if anyone else is experiencing the same problem.
2. Check to make sure "your" internet connection is running fine and without any lag.
3. If you are getting lag, make sure it is not from having like 10 clients running on the same computer at the same time.
4. Try restarting your computer.
5. The computer that the server runs on compresses its memory probably about once or twice a day. When this happens the whole server will freeze up for no more than 10 mins. If you can't log on after this time period then it must be a different problem.
6. On average about once a month my internet connection goes down for a few hours. Not sure why or if it is Shaw doing maintence, but it seems to happen really late at night.
7. If your game is constantly hickupping, try defragging your hard drive, turning off extra problems that are running in the background and stop downloading PORN!

Now if these above steps don't solve your problem, please report your problem and I will try and figure out the answer to it. Please describe your problem in detail such as the examples below.

1. What time did the problem occur?
2. How long has the problem been going on for?
3. Does anyone else have this same problem?
4. If there is lag, does it fluctuate between different times of the day or by the amount of players online at the same time?
5. Any extra information about the problem will help in correcting it.

Remember, not all the quests work and not all the skills work. If you come across something that doesn't work, chances are it won't work until I update to a newer server pack. Some things I may be able to change, such as a SA not working on a weapon or a skill that's buff time isn't correct or too little (smaller things like that).
