Since they don't drop and you can't get them from the NPC that is supposed to give them to you, we're going to do it a little differently. For the 150 Blood Oaths you need to capture a fortress and then I will check and make sure you actually have one. For the 5 Blood Alliances you need to capture a castle and then, as before, I will check and make sure you actually have one.
